Community Innovation Grants

Calling all Jewish Social-Entrepreneurs in Summit County

The Jewish Community Board of Akron (JCBA) is calling all Jewish social-entrepreneurs in Summit County to apply for its Community Innovation Grants, a new program that bolsters big ideas and empowers individuals to think outside of the box for the benefit of our collective community.

Through this program, JCBA will support the three best ideas in:

  •  young family engagement,
  •  Israel and Jewish connections, and
  •  community volunteerism

with an award of up to $5,000 each, plus coaching support and a cohort of mentors.

In “Shark Tank” style, our Community Innovation Grants Committee will collectively select grantees and work with them to set goals that will result in big impact for our community.
